Constipation at 11 weeks?

Is it normal for not pooping well durong 1st trimester? I drank plenty of water. Even drinking fruits juice. #FirstPregnancy

Due to progesterone that causes relaxation of muscles including our intestines for pregnant women and about 3 out of 4 pregnant women suffer from constipation. Try prune juice. Eat 6 smaller meals. Enough exercise. Tiyagain mong umupo nang matagal pero wag lang iiri para di mag vasovagal syncope.

Yes it's normal. Try to incorporate more fruits and vegetables to your diet to ease constipation.
