Newborn sneezing & mucus/snot in nose

Is it normal for newborn (neonatal), a week old, to be constantly sneezing? And if they have mucus/snot in their nose what should we do ? I have sterimar and nasal aspirator but too scared to use cause he’s too small. #firstbaby #firsttimemom
