Ay, don't worry mama, Grade 3 anterior placenta at 32 weeks is actually quite normal, that's how placentas age as your pregnancy progresses, at least yan ang sinabi ng OB ko when I had the same result! I know it can sound scary kapag nakita mo ang "Grade 3" pero it just means your placenta is maturing, which is expected na around this stage. A few of us mums in our group chat were concerned din about the same thing, pero ang doctors assured us na okay lang as long as baby's growth and movements are good. Pero para sa peace of mind mo talaga, I'd suggest asking your OB directly about what Grade 3 means for your specific situation, they know your case best and can explain if there's anything you need to watch out for.
