Six weeks postpartum bleeding after CS is totally expected, that's lochia, the normal discharge na nakakatagal ng 4-6 weeks or sometimes mas matagal pa, lalo na pag CS kasi mas malaki ang wound. A few of us moms who had CS delivery experienced the same thing, kaya hindi ka mag-alala, pero if it's still super heavy with clots the size ng coins or may foul smell, better check with your OB just to be safe ha!
