Sakit perut at 12 weeks memang boleh happen, but kalau dah berapa hari macam tu dan you're feeling uncomfortable, better jaga-jaga and check with your doctor lah, nak pastikan everything's okay dengan baby. A few of my mum friends cakap they had similar cramping at that stage tapi lepas relax and drink plenty of water memang improve, but since yours has been on and off for days, don't wait lah, get it checked out to be safe!
