Eh, kesian you! Iyalah, sometimes when susu been shaken up or terkena pressure, the packaging boleh swell sikit, normal je tu, especially if it's been sitting in heat or dalam bag. But kalau you drank it and your perut sakit after, that's worth checking dengan your doctor or pharmacist, sebab could be a few things, maybe the susu tu dah expired, atau your perut just sensitive to that brand, or something else entirely. One of my mum friends pun had the same issue with a certain brand, rupanya she's just intolerant to it lah, so she switched brands and okay je. Jangan risk it, better safe than sorry, especially if it's your tummy acting up!
