The colostrum (that clear, salty fluid) boleh start coming out anytime during pregnancy, bukan tunggu dekat labour, it's your body preparing for breastfeeding. Tapi kalau worried or ada rasa sakit, better check with your doctor just to make sure everything okay je, especially since you're early in pregnancy.
