Brownish discharge at 9 weeks boleh happen for many reasons, and sometimes the sac size looks smaller on the scan depending on angle or timing. A few of my mum friends went through similar situations and everything turned out fine, tapi ada juga yang... well, doctor knows best lah. The repeat scan in 2 weeks is actually standard practice, they want to see growth and confirm everything is progressing. Kena follow up je with your doctor if ada more bleeding or cramping.
