Ahhh I understand why you're worried! Honestly, ini boleh happen, sometimes home tests kurang sensitif or you did it too early, tapi klinik punya blood test and urine test lebih accurate especially kalau HCG level still rendah. The fact that scan tak nampak kantung lagi but klinik positive is actually quite normal early on, kantung usually visible around 4-5 weeks; if you're earlier than that, memang tak akan nampak yet. I'd say follow up with your doctor again in a week or two for repeat scan to confirm, sebab ini adalah good news potentially, just early!
