Kalau baby exclusively breastfed, 2 kali sehari actually okay je, some babies poop once a day or even every few days, as long as poop soft and baby gaining weight well lah. Tapi kat age 3 bulan lebih, memang ada yang turun frequency dia after first few weeks, so not unusual! Just make sure baby alert, feeding well, and poop colour normal (yellowish for breastfed babies), kalau semua okay, relax je. But if you notice poop dia jadi hard, or baby seems uncomfortable, atau ada other concerns, check with your paediatrician to be safe! One of my mum friends also worried about this, turned out her baby was perfectly fine.
