Sayang, rasa crampy-crampy tu memang normal pada early pregnancy, tapi kalau sakit tu consistent atau ada bleeding, kena check dengan doctor ye? A few of my mum friends pun experience yang sama around 8 weeks, and most of them it was fine, could be ligaments stretching or the uterus growing, tapi every pregnancy is different so better safe than sorry, especially at this stage.
