Aiyo, kesian dia! Biasanya 3 tahun lebih expect setiap hari atau every other day, so 3 hari sekali + keras + sakit bila teran tu memang leaning towards constipation lah, bukan normal untuk age dia even though some kids do space it out. Bagus dia minum air and makan buah, tapi kalau still keras macam tu, kena check dengan doctor cos sometimes boleh jadi simple (like kena lebih air or include more fiber, or even behavioural) but doctor can assess properly kan, especially first child kita paranoid jugak haha. Few of my mum friends' kids went through this, and once paed sorted it out dia ok je, usually something simple. Jangan worry too much, but do get her checked out so you tahu exactly what to do!
