Body & incision hurt when sit or lay too long

Is it normal if you sit or lay too long after csection delivery (back home), whole body will hurt extra & incision will hurt a little more

You just went through a surgery. Can’t expect everything to feel normal and comfortable. Take rest whenever you can. You will surely recover.

Yes normal. Try to wear your binder as it helps to keep the incision area “compact”.
