During my first trimester my sleep pattern was messed up. I felt sleepy at 8pm instead of my usual later hours. If I didn't sleep by 8, I'll be wide awake afterwards. Sometimes I would sleep at 8, wakes up at 3am and I have vivid dreams every night. Then feeling sleepy again at 6am. In the end with lack of sleep and nausea, I was forced to quit my job. Ended up I just sleep whenever I am sleepy. Things only start to improve in my 2nd trimester.
It's common to experience that.. sometimes likely due to stress or body feel uncomfortable. Try to do things you enjoy, to destress yourself
