Yellow stains, please help!!!

I switch my gers pantyliners to adore.. i realise discharge reduce and there is no odour. But once i switch to other brands, it comes back. U can try.. maybe on yourself 1st before u let them try

Probably just normal discharge I guess, or a sign that her period may be coming soon (if it hasn't already). If she's not feeling uncomfortable or not being in pain, shouldn't be anything to worry about!
