Lower back pain during 10th week of pregnancy

Hi, Is it normal to have lower back pain during 10th week of pregnancy? I am currently 10 weeks 5 days pregnant #1stimemom #advicepls

Yes, it is normal to have back pain because baby is growing and your body preparing for labour. As weeks goes by you may use maternity belt as support. When resting to have cushion as support at the back or you may buy maternity U pillow. Alternatively, cooling gel to reduce pain which if you can get your doctor to prescribe.
