You might want to let your gynae know or quickly go to a GP for them to run a urine test. It could be a sign of urinary tract infection (UTI). It’s quite common during pregnancy. A course of antibiotics would work. But of course, remember to mention you are pregnant if you are going to a GP. Cranberry juice is also known to be helpful to prevent UTI, but might not be as effective if you are currently having it. I’m not 100% sure. So do get yourself checked.

It could be UTI. please see doctor before it worsens. meanwhile, drink lots of lots of water to flush out your system.
