Cramps/ Tension

Is it normal to have cramps/ tense feeling around your butt & tight area that makes you unable to turn around/ get up of bed easily during the 2nd trimester?

Not sure if it’s normal but I’m experiencing the same. More to hip and butt. Didn’t go thru all this during my 1st pregnancy thou.🤷‍♀️
