Is it normal to have cramps during my first trimester ? The doctor said it might be ectopic pregnancy ?

Normal dear.. it will feel like period cramps. I suggest you to seek for other doc because i have my own experience which is i had a complete miscarriage and after that my period didnt come. After waiting my period to come at 2 months later, i did upt test and it shows positive. So i go and scan at private clinic as the doc says my sac is 8 weeks but she didnt see any fetus. She said that this time also maybe my baby will not survive😭and it really breaks my heart. A few days later, i went to Kk and doc scan and see clearly my little baby with a heartbeat. And now i am 22 weeks pregnant! ♥️

normal..do check with other clinic?
