Braxton Hick Contraction

It is normal to have a contraction at 29 weeks pregnant. I felt like a sharp pain at different time and it's abit painful to move about. #advicepls

braxton hicks shldnt be a sharp pain. and it usually feels like abit of tightening at lower abdomen or mid abdomen and ur tummy usually become harder. lasts for not more than 30 sec
