Acne On The Tummy

Is it normal to have acne-looking bumps on my tummy? I am currently about 27 weeks into pregnancy and realised there are more and more acne-looking bumps. It is not really itchy either. What should I do?

just me

I had that , and also real acnes on chest. I tried to switch my diet to lesser fried foods, for more steamed recipes and soup, things seems much better for me now. And also to apply creams to affected areas

Got a bun in the oven

Pregnancy acne is real. I have blemishes on my bump, chest, thigh and back. Facial cleanser for oily skin helps a little.
