Abdominal cramp on the left side

Is it normal to have abdominal cramping at week 5plus? Yesterday I’ve seen the gynae, she mentioned baby is at the right place of the womb. But today I felt cramping in the lower left side of my abdomen. Is it normal? Please advise. Thank you!
