postpartum knee pain

is it normal to get knee pains after giving birth? i’m 12 weeks pp now and started feeling it about a week ago, it hurts when i bend my knees or kneel down.

Has it got to do with your joints? i’m currently experiencing that too and I’m seeing TCM for acupuncture and taking their med to get rid of what they call it “wind”. my condition is improving. i’m 8weeks pp.
