increased blood volume can sometimes damage those blood vessels and cause them to burst, resulting in a nosebleed. Changes in your hormones during pregnancy can also contribute to nosebleeds. All of this happens in the first trimester of pregnancy, so you might have nosebleeds even before you're showing. But you can get nosebleeds at any time during your pregnancy. Lean slightly forward rather than back, and pinch the area right above your nostrils and below the bridge of your nose closed for five minutes. If the bleeding continues, repeat. If nosebleeds become frequent during pregnancy, consult your practitioner.
