Newborn NB rashes??

Is it normal for baby to have rashes on her face, neck and upper body now? Weirdly the rashes on her face appear in the morning then will be gone during night and the cycle keeps repeating

perhaps the rashes were caused by her saliva since its upper body? Just clean her more and see if things improve.
