Mentruation after giving birth

Totally normal yan, sis! Kasi ang postpartum period namin ay sobrang irregular talaga, lalo na kung breastfeeding ka pa, ang prolactin ay nagpo-postpone ng period sometimes for months. A few of us mums experienced the same thing, one month may period then parang nawala, tapos bumalik ulit after a few months, so hindi ka nag-iisa dito. Since kailangan mo ng peace of mind though, check with your OB para ma-rule out any concerns and ma-confirm na normal lang talaga ang pattern mo, especially if breastfeeding ka pa or may other symptoms ka na worried ka.
