Lay on tummy after csect

Is it normal after a month+ post csect or delivery, when you lay on your tummy (during PP massage) firstly youll feel like theres a weight or mass on your lower tummy, which is uncomfortable at first.

Hi mum, lying face down after a C-section can feel quite uncomfortable and that heavy or lumpy feeling is actually quite common as everything is still healing underneath. It usually improves gradually over time, but if the pain is quite strong or not easing, best to check with your gynae or a pelvic floor physio just to be safe.
