Lower tummy feels like jelly when walking post delivery

Is it normal even after a month after delivery (csect) when we stand or walk can feel lower tummy like jelly shaking, with a little weight around it. Like flabby. Feels weird. Will it go away ? Or it will only go away when stomach is tone back. #FTM

Yes, that jelly feeling is really common after a C-section, especially at one month postpartum since your abdominal muscles and skin went through a lot and need time to recover. It does get better gradually as your core strength comes back, though it can take several months and some gentle postpartum exercises can help along the way. That said, it might be good to mention it to your gynae or PD at your next visit just to make sure everything is healing well on the inside too.
