Rashes after 5-in-1 Vaccine for 3 mth old baby

Hi, is it normal for 3 month old baby to develop rashes after the 5-in-1 vaccine? The rashes are showing up 7 hours after the injection on the leg that the vaccine was injected. Did your kids experience the same? Please advise what to do!
