Baby holds breath when crying

Is it normal for a 2 month old ++ sometimes(not often) when cry and like doesnt breathe for like 5 secs or so then continue crying. Whole face will be red from the crying but lips not blue and doesnt faint or anything. So worrying as i read up about breath holding spell but doesnt really look like it #firsttimemom

my baby is still doing it sometimes at 4+ months, but lesser. whole face red and no sound for a few seconds. I totally understand how u feel, the first time it happened I panicked. i realized my girl does it when she's very hungry.

I try to attend to her quicker to avoid that, but sometimes can't so it still happens. she's found her voice now, and couple of times from red no sound immediately transit to piercing scream
