Baby grunting when drinking milk

Is it normal for my 1 month old baby grunting when feeding time ? Or they doesnt like the taste of the milk ? Or might be others?

If baby doesn’t like the taste they’ll turn their head here and there during feeding

Yes normal for them to grunt and make noises. After awhile it will go away.
