Usually i just soak with warm water + salt . It somehow helps abit .but my mum would massage lightly with oil and after atleast 30 mins of massage my leg will become normal again 😊
But make sure just rub kind of massage on ur feet but not ur sole. Cos ur sole has those points.
But since im way past my edd, even massage doesn't help subside the swell .
