Aiyoh, at that age it's usually milk rash or heat rash lah, both super common and will go away on its own, tapi best you show the baby to the doctor just to be sure what type it is so you know how to handle it properly. One of my mum friends' baby had the same thing and the clinic doc just said keep the area dry and clean, no need fancy creams, but better check with your own pediatrician first because sometimes it needs a bit of treatment depending on what it actually is.
