What to put on incision

Hello! I didn’t put any oil etc on my incision. Frankly I let it be as I was too nervous to even touch it. Like still processing that my baby came out of there. When I went back for check up, my gynae said that it was healing well. So I was glad. But she did mentioned to try to rub it with olive oil and massage it gently. Now I’m 8m post c-sect. I’m accepting of the scar that I have.

Just let it be, speaking from a C-section mom too. I only applied the scar gel given by gynae. I’m happy that the wound is nicely intact and not torn open 🤣🤣🤣

I didn’t apply anything before I met my gynae 2 weeks later. She gave me the gel to apply only after 2 weeks pp.
