Ear molding/ shaping for new born

Hi all, my newborn one ear top is slightly folded (ear lidding). Planning to get ear molding / shaping. Does anyone have similar experience to share? At which week did you do it and how long it takes to shape? Thanks! #firsttimemom #advice
