My newborn (10days old) has flaky skin since around day 4 or day 5. It’s all over her, from face to body to limbs. Is it normal?

Yes its normal. It will eventually go away. Just dont peel it off. Just let the flaky skin drop by itself or try apply moisturizer for babies.
