Horrible nausea at 7 weeks

Hello, new mummy-to-be here! Currently about 7 weeks pregnant and having really bad nausea. So far I haven’t really thrown up, it’s just a constant stuffy feeling in my chest that’s just unbearable. Any natural remedies that work to relieve it, aside from sour plums?
