hi mummy, I'm suffering from it now and am seeking massage to relieve the pain (madam partum masseuse). meanwhile, i use medicated plaster and bought a wrist support guard and i can still use my wrist for light duties, and avoid over exertion. it will recur easily so pls take good care and get it sorted asap.

i currently have it too. and its more painful in the morning. 🤧 i went to poly and the dr prescribed me with meds which i should take after latching. i did not take it cause my bb latches on demand frequently. few days later it got better but the pain is still there. 🤕

I applied Panadol Panamax gel. Worked pretty well
