Acne rash will happened at early stage of a newborn. What I did would be to wipe with warm towel after each feeding, vomitting, I use microfibre towel for bathing, I will use product like Cetaphil for bathing and then Pro Advance Cream to apply on newborn after bathing (twice a day/whenever the acne rash dry).
