acne rash in baby

any new born baby has acne rash? my baby has acne rash all over the face and head, now spread to the limbs and body.. Dr say not to worry.. but its getting more now. any mumy have any solution to this acne rash?

Acne rash will happened at early stage of a newborn. What I did would be to wipe with warm towel after each feeding, vomitting, I use microfibre towel for bathing, I will use product like Cetaphil for bathing and then Pro Advance Cream to apply on newborn after bathing (twice a day/whenever the acne rash dry). Hope this helps.
