Sis, I haven't tried Neo Penotran myself, but a few of my mum friends who used it during pregnancy said may slight spotting or pinkish discharge talaga, which is pretty normal with vaginal products, pero kung bloody or heavy ang bleeding, better check with your OB agad para peace of mind lang. Since you're pregnant (assuming based on the concern), best to confirm with your doctor kung okay talaga siya for you and what to expect, kasi bawat pregnancy is different naman.
