bcg vaccine effect on skin

Hi all! Need you your advise, sinong may baby s anyoha na may reaction yung BCG vaccine sa skin. After several months ganito sya. Any advise on how to handle? Been trying to consult a doctor online but still no response pa. Salamat and stay safe everyone!
