Do we need to take folic acid continuously throughout the whole pregnancy or do we stop after the first trimester?

A momma first before anything!

continuously till 12th week, afterwards start on calcium & obimin in the morning and fish oil in the afternoon. it is vital that you try not to miss one day without taking it

best to continously take it..my doctor had even advise to take 3 mths before planning to get pregnant. It is an essential vit.

My gynae told me to take folic acid till week 12ish. Start Obimin at week 13, 2nd trimester onwards.
