Hi all, need some advise. My baby is 1 month old. Starting from few days back i noticed his wet diapers are having a strong smell compared to earlier days. No other symptoms showing. No fever. Urine color also no change. Is this a urine infection?
Hi mummy, you might want to monitor closely. My baby had UTI when she was 4 months old and I noticed strong urine smell for a while, fever only came a couple days later but coincided with her vaccine so didn’t think too much about it. However, many days passed and fever was still persistent, that’s when we realised something wasn’t right and brought her to KKH, was diagnosed with UTI after.
