A few of us went through the same thing around 37-38 weeks, and honestly, walang mucus plug, normal discharge, and no back pain is a good sign na hindi pa active labor; true labor contractions usually get more intense and regular, hindi lang random hilab. But since you're already at 37+ weeks and having these symptoms, definitely worth mentioning to your OB on Wed para ma-check properly during the IE, she'll know exactly what's happening. In the meantime, try to rest when you can and prep that hospital bag na para peace of mind lang, kasi at least ready ka na if baby decides to come early!
