Post natal massage
Is it necessary to hv postnatal massage? Mummies who did, do u think is worth it? What about those who did not do, did u manage to recover well?

I did it and I think it does help! My friend’s one is more drastic, can really see the difference cos for hers her belly was still quite big after giving birth. Mine went down quite a bit so the difference is less
