Is it necessary to go for the physiotherapy appointment after giving birth? It's been 2 months since I gave birth and I feel OK already so not sure.

I’m not sure what is it for but I guess it’s alright? I didn’t went for anything, body is fine 😊🥹
not sure wad is this. I took post natal massage session after giving birth.
