Hi mommy. There are several reasons kung bakit naninigas or nagccramps ang tummy while pregnant pero most of them normal naman na pinagdadaanan during different stages ng pregnancy. Ang key is dapat minsan sha at di madalas. If madalas sha and matagal you need to have yourself checked by the doctor. Pwede kasing early labor contractions na sha which happened to me during my second pregnancy on the 34th week.
