GDM & THYROID
May nanganak na po ba dto na may Gestational Diabetes Mellitus & Thyroid? Worry Lang po kasi ako. Share namn po ng experience nyo salamat.
Uy mommy, naiintindihan ko ang worry mo talaga, may kaibigan ako na may GDM din during pregnancy at super anxious din siya, pero kaya naman niya manage with proper monitoring at diet! Ang thyroid naman, marami ring moms sa circle ko na may thyroid issues pero controlled lang with meds, hindi naman cause ng major problems sa pregnancy if managed well. Ang best thing is makipag-usap sa OB mo regularly para ma-monitor both conditions, kasi both are manageable talaga, it's just about staying on top of your check-ups and blood tests. Huwag mag-alala ng sobra, maraming moms na dumaan dito at okay ang babies nila! Sending you strength, you've got this!
