Nalulungkot ako :( Ito na nga lang inalmusal ko tumaas pa yung blood sugar ko. 0 sugar pero 22g pala ang carbs nito. :(
mag rice ka ma'am pero hindi lalampas sa isang sandok. then more on ulam. 😊 or cereal with milk. kain ka every 2 hrs. 😊

Skyflakes saka Anmun lang po almusal ko. No added sugar naman po yung Anmun. Sa rice naman po bawas ka po para mas bumaba.

Sabayan nyo po ng protein para mabagal yung absorption ng sugar
