Exercise more mommies para di mahirapan mag labor. I tried a lot - yoga for easy delivery, zumba for pregnant women and walking + prayers din po. 🙏🙏🙏 Nagtry din ako kumain pinya and inom Evening Primrose Oil for 5 days before delivery para lumambot cervix. Last tip: pag breech baby nyo, pamusic kayo sa baba ng pempem tas lagyan nyo flashlight every night. Effective po sakin. Breech sya nung 6 mos and cephalic na nung 7 mos. Everyday routine ko lang po yun. Also, may exercises din sa youtube para umikot c baby 🙏
